Batemans Bay listings live and die on water. A home three streets back and a home on the Clyde read completely differently to a buyer scrolling realestate.com.au, and the photography has to make that difference obvious — the aspect, the walk to the sand, the way the afternoon light sits on the water. I shoot the Bay and its beach suburbs the way a buyer actually experiences them.
