Batemans Bay · Eurobodalla
Batemans Bay listings live and die on water. A home three streets back and a home on the Clyde read completely differently to a buyer scrolling realestate.com.au, and the photography has to make that difference obvious — the aspect, the walk to the sand, the way the afternoon light sits on the water. I shoot the Bay and its beach suburbs the way a buyer actually experiences them.
Most of what sells here is bought by someone who doesn't live here yet — a Canberra family after a holiday home, a sea-changer coming off a city price. They're forming an opinion from a phone before they ever drive down. Bright, honest interiors, a twilight frame that shows the deck at its best, and an aerial that places the property against the water or the bush do more to earn the inspection than any line of copy.
From Surfside and Long Beach around to Batehaven, Denhams Beach and Malua Bay, and back up the river to Nelligen — it's all a short drive, so a full shoot with drone and twilight rarely needs a second trip.

Questions
Every job is quoted individually — it depends on the size of the property and which pieces you want (stills, twilight, aerial, video, floor plan). Send through the address and what you're after and you'll get a clear fixed quote before anything is booked.
Turnaround is set with your booking — tell me the deadline you're working to and I'll build the shoot and edit around it so your listing goes live on time.
Aerial is part of how I shoot, not a bolt-on. Where it adds something — a waterfront, an acreage, position relative to the beach or town — it's woven into the coverage alongside the ground work.
The whole northern Eurobodalla — Batehaven, Catalina, Surfside, Sunshine Bay, Denhams Beach, Malua Bay, Long Beach, Nelligen, Mogo and out to South Durras. If it's within a reasonable drive of the Bay, it's covered without a travel surcharge.
Often. Those are exactly the listings where aerial earns its place — showing the water frontage, the size of a block or the position of a rural property in a way ground photos can't. It's built into the shoot.
